Lunch with Dawson

Today I went to lunch with Dawson, Hallie, & Erin. My Mom and I met them at Plates & Palettes. It was really good and I highly recommend it. Dawson is so cute and funny too. He is growing up so fast. Thanks for a great lunch lets do it again.

My Birthday!!!

On July 8, 2009 I turned 23 and Braden planned out a whole day of fun for me. And everything was a secret, he wouldn't tell me what we were doing next. First after I woke up he took me to the gym. (I guess even on your birthday you can't miss out on a day at the gym.) After lunch we stopped at Target so I could pick out a new shirt for the day. Then we went to lunch at Chili's and finally home to shower and get ready for the day.

The next part of our day started out with a drive up to Park City. It was beautiful up there. We slide down the Alpine Slide the went down the Alpine Coster. It was so much fun!! I have never been up there to do any of that so I really had a good time. Up in Park City the weather was perfect. It wasn't too hot and there was a slight breeze. I was able to get a pretty good tan. ;)

I'm kind of a wimp so I went pretty slow... Braden kept having to wait for me, so hopefully he enjoyed it as much as I did. Maybe next time we go I can be a little more daring.... That is if he'll take me again... :)

Next we went down the Alpine Coaster. That one was a blast!! It was on a track so you could go as fast as you wanted and you couldn't fall off. We went really fast!! I screamed almost the whole way down. On this ride we were able to ride together so that was nice.

It was a long way up so we were able to sneak in a quick kiss.

After our adventures in Park City we headed back home so Braden could fix me a nice spaghetti dinner which we ate outside on the patio. Jo, Braden's mom bought a cake so we were able to have birthday cake. Then it was off again to our next activity. The Bees Game!! I love going to sporting events so this was a perfect ending event.

There was still one more surprise too.... Braden was able to get my name on the scoreboard and they annouced my birthday... Happy 23rd Birthday Tippy!! I was so excited and shocked. Braden was ready with his camera so we were able to get a shot of the exciting event!!







What a perfect birthday!! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Braden you truly are too good to me. Thank you for such a memorable evening I loved every minute with you. I love you!!

My Family Birthday Party

To finish out the weekend my family threw me a birthday party. We had everyone over to my parents house for dinner then we had banana splits and a firework show put on by Danny. I love my family so much and an so greatful that everyone took the time to be there. It turned out to be a really fun night. Thank you family!!

Braden had to work again that next morning so he was able to take a nap on Justin's racecar bed. I have no idea how he sleeps at my parents house it is so noisy. Especially when all 11 of us are there. But oh well. He is such a great sport and I love him so much. Thank you babe for participating in the fourth of July activites with me even though you had to work all weekend.

Fourth of July Weekend

We started out the weekend with Fireworks at Eaglewood. It was really fun. We were really closed. Danny found a friend and so he was running around playing with him. Justin forgot to bring a jacket so he was snuggling with me during the show. It was a fun evening spent with my family.

On Saturday Me, Braden, and Braden's Mom attended the Salt Lake Bee's game. It was really fun until it started going into extra innings.

Braden had to get up at 4:45 the next morning for work so he was getting really tired. And started falling asleep. By that time we didn't care who won we just wanted the game to get over with and the fireworks to start.

The firework show was really good. They had music playing with the fireworks and it was really fun.
